I second the recommendation to give long and careful thought before you purchase a condo in the Philippines. I met a guy in Davao and he was having a really difficult time trying to sell two very nice condos in the best area in the city. Competition for renting your condo is very steep. So the investment potential may not be what you hoped for.
1)) single moms 2) single moms' family 3) gringo pricing known as skin tax paying 4 to 5 times more than locals 4) being generous, genuine, nice, shinning armor, savior, problem solver, ATM, simp, tonto, gullible, weak, etc, etc, etc... 5) poor planning
Ok!! Stay on your budget , limit money spent on entertainment, stay away from purchasing a business, beware whom you date and if you want to purchase a condo , beware of fees and maintenance . Got it!! Lol
