Griff Rhys Jones' The Greatest Cities in the World is so different from any other, yet without cutting to human experience or element out. love all The Greatest Cities in the World series.
I dont mean to be so offtopic but does someone know a tool to get back into an Instagram account?? I somehow lost my account password. I would love any tips you can give me
@Casey Tatum Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site through google and im in the hacking process atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
At 3:49. I was not expecting that. Or maybe I was since this is Italy, and Rome no less. He's so graceful, so balletic. Only in Rome would a traffic cop make the guiding of cars and heavy traffic so poetic, so ornate and pretty. Truly an artist at work here. LOL...
I visited Rome for the first time three years ago and it was love at first sight. I want to live out the rest of my days there, just have to win lotto.
Thank you ❤I love how he showcase the ancient history, of each cities and just love this man look alike of hugh grant and a but of Richard Gere. I'm A history fanatic of ancient Europe from siasi sulu.
I last visited Rome in 2010 and was appalled at the graffiti on the walls of very historical buildings and monuments, otherwise I did enjoy my visit. This series is first class and shows off the track places to visit, which I like.
At 37:11. Yeah, that's one of those hard and fast rules you NEVER break in Italy--ordering a cappuccino after 12 pm or with a meal. I had a friend who worked with international clients, and he said that when he traveled to Milan and ordered a cappuccino at 1 pm during lunch, the clients all stopped eating and looked at him sternly while the waiter gasped and nodded his head, "no." That's when my friend realized he had committed the worst faux pas imaginable. It dawned on him, "Oh, you don't order a cappuccino at this time."
Yes its true, there are more cars than people in Rome... finding a parking is a war ! But who needs a car when Rome should be seen on foot .... Beautiful 😍
At 31:12. LOL. I love that THAT is the view that the Mayor has from his office. Damn. Politicians in Rome have the best offices. I've seen where the French Embassy in Rome is located--a dream. The same with the major officeholders in the Vatican who are not the Pope. No wonder no politician in Rome wants to give up his office, if these are the perks...

The Romans are aloof. That is part of their charm!
I don't agree much with Mussolini but he was right in thinking ancient Rome should have never fallen or gone away
THE AMOUNT OF ADS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS.
I couldn't do Rome in the summer we went end of April and it was perfect still 21 degrees.
What's the intro music to this show? 🤔

Rome the MIGHTIEST Empire of the ancient world 🌎 😊
Someone should tell that nun to smile 😃 because smiling improves FACE VALUE 😂😂😂😂😊
How big exactly is rome that the old city is still intact under the modern one? Minus the vatican area.
I wonder why all the men go and have their shoes shined there. It remains a mystery to this day...
The music overpowers the narration. Announcer cannot be heard.
