A person I mentor decide to use Tymol for mite control in fall. Only two hives but both Queens shut down laying when they should have been building winter bees. I have not seen the colony after but low pop would not be surprising.
I don’t know where your at but if you have any kind of winter most of those colonies don’t look like their going to make it. They seemed very light on the stores.
Interesting I had some of the same issues mostly isolated to buckfast queens from Italy. The girls where intent on supercedure from the time I introduced them. 18 queens all replaced except one. Mite count is zero. I am at a loss as to why some of these hives did so poorly this fall

Thanks for bringing me along for your inspections. Most of those look pretty good. Will be interesting to see how they do moving forward.
Thanks for brining us along to watch you play detective.
I hope you video the follow up with any corrective measure you take.
Stay tuned.

Mite treatatment probably was hard on them be my guess
Combine the hives and feed so they make it through winter?

Ceracell has a better cup for mite check
Do you use super DFM probiotics
I do watch your videos. I’m trying to remember your IPM. Did you not do 3 mite hits this year? Amitraz, Formic, and it looks Tymol for the fall?
Correct
