@@paultheiling4084 bimmercode is a good option, i used bimmer remote. you’ll need a obd2 to enet cable and a enet to usbc or lighting depending on what phone you have, then when you have the app downloaded you get the option to code it. fairly easy and there’s plenty of guides out there
haven’t personally driven one but i’m familiar with the 2.0 they’re fairly reliable, and most transmissions from ZF are amazing, i would for sure check the maintenance history and whatever their common issues may be

how about a 2012 a7 s line, supercharged v6, zf8 transmission
