  • We have mainly uploaded around 10 minute HIIT videos recently.
    However, we found out that there were quite a lot of people wanting relatively long workout video to make it as the exercise of the day.
    Therefore, we prepared 50 minute HIIT workout routine !!
    It might be the first time to upload almost 1 hour exercise video even if we uploaded a lot of 30 minute home walking. You know what? It means we sweated a lot while shooting...!!
    It consists of 15 exercises X 3 rounds
    Since the level of the exercises are increasing from 1st round to 3rd round, you can repeat 3 times of 1st round if you are beginners.

    This is for sure a fun way to burn some fat! One of the biggest things that have helped me lose- weight aside from spending time in the gym has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!

    Haven’t sweated while working out in a long time! I needed it! I’m 61 and a little out of shape but I was able to keep up about 90 % of the time. Those squat/ jumping jacks killed me but I’ll get there! Gratitude 🙏

      I wasn't sure why you only did 30 mins of a workout until I did this workout. I was able to finish it but I love how it progressed into 3 rounds.

    Good workout. Not sure if it's really a 1000 calorie workout except for people with really high BMI's. Voice over made if feel like I was in Mortal Combat. I look forward to doing more of your workouts.

    muy buena rutina, hoy 01/07/2023 es mi primer día, tuve que para varias veces porque no podía más, espero poco a poco poder realizar la rutina completa sin parar, peso 90 kilos y mido 1.55cm tengo 32 años.

    Hallo, diese workout ist super. Ich bin 62 Jahre alt und seid 2 Wochen mache ich mit Euch und in Euren Tempo die Übungen. Mein körperlicher Fitness hat sich verbessern und ich ich fühle mich nach den Übungen super, was mich motiviert weiter zu machen . Dankeschön!!!!👍👍👍

    Hi!.. my friends...I am 56 years old and I was the European champion in caiak canoefrom 1982 and...6 yearsmore... I have a sporty lifestyle but with little difficulty because I have an accident on the cervical spine I was operated on 4 times with not very good results. Now I'm trying to keep my siluet and physical condition by doing gymnastics at home. Thank you for the support and help you give us with videos uploaded on you tube.     3라운드에 허벅지터질뻔 했지만 이겨냈습니당ㅎㅎ

    운동 조합 너무 좋아요. 깔짝깔짝 스쿼트 죽을거같아요^^ 런지 너무 많아서......2세트 넘어가니 발목 나갈거 같아요 .. 근데 너무 좋아서 계속 할래요.... 매일은 못하고 일주일에 2번정도??
