Wow, I can tell by your profile you're a big fan. And Awesome! I really did have a blast with it. Thank you so much for watching! Hoping to play some other games in the series soon
i think having the ability to play the game in a more challenging mode is the BEST thing any game can provide. As you mentioned, the reward for your hard work is what fans appreciate from developers and can see how you would love this. great review! this is one of those games that I also wanted to play. However, I never made the time when I was younger to do so...
It's never too late! Dust off the ps4 bro it's worth it! I agree, it's the best for sure. Love that feeling of being overpowered and mopping up enemies later! Thank you for watching, I hope you enjoyed :)
Just finished the latest R&C in the series and was satisfied with it immensely. After that I looked for other games about R&C on TH-cam, and the other highly suggested game in the series was the one your reviewing here, and I'm playing it now and I think the story is a bit better than the last entry but the gameplay much better!
I agree! I guess it's not super popular in the fan base but as someone who has barely played Ratchet games I found it to be a wonderful time. Great gameplay in my opinion for sure. Thanks for watching!
Better than Mario film
love the ratchet and clank series… thanks for the review 👍
I do too! It's the BEST! Thank you!
So the movie takes before the game, hence why qwark in prison retelling the events. Lol the movie was fun, went and saw it in theaters. In fact, a lot of the cutscenes in the game are ripped right from the movie.
Ohhh okay that makes sense! I knew some of the cutscenes were from the movie because I saw some copyright warnings when making a video.
Thanks for watching!
@@Laguna8- sure thing. Always nice to get in some ratchet and clank media.
Uninspired garbage demake
As a person that loves Ratchet and Clank I can approve this Rewiew
I really enjoyed it!
Thanks for watching!
On this very special day:
April 12th, 2016 - April 12th, 2024
Happy 8th Anniversary to Ratchet & Clank (Remake)!!!🥳🎊🎉
2016 being 8 years ago doesn't even feel real! Time flies
@@Laguna8- Yeah, time sure passes by real quickly!😅
Extremely likeable cast is being extremely generous. Ratchet and Clank have zero personality in this game and they're the main two characters. Qwark is the only character that at least somewhat resembles what he was in the original and that honestly probably makes him the best one. As someone who played the original, the story and characters as a whole in this game, are absolute trash. The gameplay and everything outside of that is perfectly fine like you say in the video. If this was someone's first time playing a ratchet game, or they just hadn't played the original, like yourself, then I think it's going to be an ok/good game. This game also feels like it was made for 4-5 year olds for some reason as well, a lot of unnecessary handholding with very very watered down cast members alongside the game just being turbo easy.. Idk.
I haven't played Rift Apart but seeing this made me remember that maybe the Ratchet from this version is the Ratchet used again, and god i hope it isn't.
Definitely see where you're coming from. Ratchet does suffer a bit from silent main character syndrome without being silent lmao but he's a cute mascot. I enjoyed Cora as a companion and found Skidd McMarx to be a funny Patrick Star esque character. Qwark is definitely the highlight character wise though, you're 100% right on that. My only exposure to the series was Deadlocked on ps2 many years ago but I remember really liking that one, not sure if it holds up, so as basically a newcomer to the series I had a great time with this one.
It does feel a bit childlike I agree. I'm somewhat drawn to those games, maybe I'm a man child lol, Love Spongebob Cosmic Shake/BFBB etc.
I do own Rift Apart but still haven't played it. Not sure what to expect there, but maybe one day I'll give it a try...
Thank you for your comment! I hope you have a great day!
