I'm going need Nigerian restaurants to start requiring gloves for dishing food. See aunty's hand all in the amala. That's how my mum went to eat amala in Ibadan and collected food poisoning for one week. All the other people that ate amala at the event ended up in the hospital.

People talking about your face breakout Sisi. Try using products for sensitive skin for a little while,then after it has cleared up,use only one brand for a time before going to the next,you might be allergic to a product. If it's not the products,it could harmones,but check it out because it's seem more than before.

Miss Afrofemme it's a mashed potato consistency, made from yam floor. The black color is from the skin of the yam. Eaten with a variety of sauces typically from the western part of Nigeria.
It's plantain scale that is being processed into a powdered form and there made into a moulded paste and used with soup
