UPDATE: The chicken Suya from Sooyah Bistro is sooooo good. They have Beef Suya, Ram Suya, Tozo Suya, Kidney Suya but that Shhheeeken Suya I 😍😍😍 I'd recommend you try it!

My mum is such a vegetable person, she always asks where the vegetable are with dishes we cook. I think everyone should all add enough vegetables to our dishes for the nutritional balance, I think this would have been amazing with a salad. I will write to the bistro.

First time having Suya when I went to visit Germany, I will say I prefer beef suya over the chicken suya. It was really good, oh I’m not Nigerian but couldn’t get any Congolese food so I tried suya for the first time and stuck to my traditional safe food plantain and fish. The suya was worth the wait
