- Hey! How are you? so much to catch you up on, but for now - here is a recap of my recent work trip to Nigeria. Always nice to be back in Lagos, a city that's bursting with life and creativity in every corner. Spend the day with Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Africa's richest man, touring his $20 billion dollar oil refinery, largest in the world. Reconnecting with old friends and meeting new ones; and of course meeting the legendary Mama Nike, Africa's icon in art and culture. Hope you enjoy and subscribe for part 2 :-)

It is good to travel. When you travel, you unlearn those stereotypical ideologies, which is based on narrow mindset of those who have never explored and made a “conscious and deliberate” effort to experience other cultures.
"Traveling - it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller." ~ Ibn Battuta
Amazing insight. Thank you.

Good to see Africans traveling and experiencing each others cultures, Hopefully the younger generation can raise Africa to where it should be, but they need the help of the elders.

Is she the daughter of Mo Ibrahim?
You should come around nigeria again, there's more to it, you should see the 5m metric ton BUA cement factory deep north western nigeria of sokoto, rich culture.
Nice one. What camera do you use please
Nice🎉 Also the richest black person on earth 🌍
You look gorgeous on that traditional outfit 😊
Amazing work at the Dangote Refinery. However, one thing to also keep in mind is how dredging for the Refinery's setup has affected Marine life and its impact on local fishermen and what CSR initiatives the Company plans to put in place to ensure that the locals do not lose their livelihood and go hungry as well as the plans to prevent pollution of the immediate environment from possible Refinery operations.
Is so good to see Africans exploring Africa and showing it to the world while sharing our similar heritage, culture and values. Keep up guys!
I'm a complete Pan African

Welcome back!! 📸
Thank you ☺️
@@abiribrahimyou're so beautiful. Are you married? 😊
Abirr ❤❤❤
Your smile makes me smile
This man Mr Dangote is different, people that are have more wealth than he has comes to him for advice. So, a person with less wealth than he has should definitely take his advice.
welcome home sweet heart.
You are really had good experience I wish I could have this experience when I come to Nigeria I'm on my way there
You will definitely... we are loving and caring people.
Nice content
Thanks ❤
amazing
You go Aber
Beautiful
What did you shoot this on please?
How did the jollof rice taste? Cool, yeah?
Hmm they started with making soap, then to the rice and pasta and cooking oil and now oil refinery, this is 100% successful return because oil and gas ⛽️ profit is big and sustainable
Took vlogging to a whole new level
point of correction ...its not $20biilion of his own money ...there are several consortium that make up the refinery ...nice work Abir
There's always one. SMH!!
@@wahabodusola6484 please elucidate
Thanks for your correction
ABIR… an original name . First time to see it
I like Dangote
Our own success story!
Peace Hyyyde❤😊
wow! you managed to be in the same room as dangote and interview him? I am jelous!
🇳🇬❤️❤️
The richest Nigerians are very silent and don't really care much about life outside Nigeria at all .Infact Nigeria is probably the only African country where all its past Presidents and Dictators live in the country inspite of all her challenges.
Alot of Northerners is Nigeria don't like traveling. Where the Aliko dangote come from. They are most hausa fulani people
Abir are you there welcome to Tanzania 😊
Indeed I pray for financial support to start up my career
❤❤🇳🇬🇳🇬
Nigeria is not bad after all...dangote is s typical example success without the "JAPA" , syndrome
In industrialisation has expended so much into the world making no space for production but the question is how can create an industry with efficiency into Nigeria?
Beautiful can we be friends? your voice is angelic plus you are intelligent
Just remember he’s single, you are free to shoot your shot. You’re his taste, he likes them tall.
How about our Afrobeats artists.. Burna Boy, Davido, Wizkid etc.. interviewing one or more of them would have completed this interesting video.
Nigeria is a great country!
Queens don't smile 😂😂
Your videos are Good but most especially your so beautiful ❤❤️❤😂

This video has been shot over 3weeks ago(i was at the meeting )Why are you just dropping it last week !!!
It takes time to edit videos
You can watch a video like this in 6 minutes but possibly 15 hours was used in editing it
I'm serious on this cause I'm a video editor myself
Who is she and what is going on??
She looks like Kamal Harris
Was he salty?
IT, Agriculture and Industrialisation
😂 I know y'all hate to say it loud and clear. His not just the richest African man but all over alround the richest black man alive ❤❤😂🎉🎉🇳🇬💪💪😱😱😍😍
Peace Hyde ❤
Are you Mo Ibrahim daughter?
You're so beautiful sweetheart ...welcome home
The 19 bilion dollars used to build the refinery is not ALL his money..The government and some other priviate investors provided capital for the project...
Abir Ibrahim you are sudanese ?
She is.
No info about what the delegation is about.
U are very beautiful ❤
He did not invest $20B of "His money" This is the people's money that he has to pay back. The refinery is not meeting targets, and it will be hard for him to payback these debts
Did he take your father money?
@@muhammedhausawi8179correct. We all know how business works. Many people invest their money
He paid over 80% already
Africa richest man , his country is suffering , we get people like him , 🇳🇬 is suferring
There are suffering people in America too, and yet they have all the richest men
@emmanuelcalpymbella657 good respond 👏 😂
Hard work is important man, do u expect him to giveaway his own money?? He is doing his part as an individual
Hmmm INDIANS OPERATING THE REFINERY!!!
Is there 🤔 problem with that?
It’s also the richest black man IN THE WORLD not only Africa
Dangote didn't invest $ 12 billion of his own money
So many indians work for dangote but indians dont give such opportunities to Nigerians.
That's not their fault at all.
The largest refinery in the world that does not work...Hope it does soon
when they finally commence operation hope you will retracts your comments.😂😂
@@festfst6488 Sure but not anytime soon as I have been there more than Dangote himself
The money the CBN gave to A. Dangkote to build his private massive refinery is money that the government could have used to rekindle the nation's major national refineries working thereby helping and easing fuel scarcity and this narratives of subsidies...the public sector in Nigeria 🇳🇬 has been abandoned by the same government and they now are Lobbying the private sector more.
The loan wasn't given directly from the CBN, rather through several commercial banks and Dangote has repaid most of it already.
