With that rpm in low speed is ok, but don't try it with high speed with that wobbles. 🙄

Looked like it started out decently balanced/straight shaft. Think it bent. Threaded rod was likely only zinc coated or galv mild steel.

Clearly a balance issue later, but appears he bent shaft. Likely only mild steel instead of drill rod.

There's a terrible sound falt with this video. Some kind of interference, I think. I had to mute the sound because it's so bad. Whatever that noise is, it's painful yo the ears. It might be worth replacing that awful noise with some background music.
