I love the characters eyes. The color is supposed to show their family history and the bending/nation they’re from which makes it even better.
I noticed during one of your edits you added a picture of Jinora from later in the show (when she has the tattoos) I’m kinda sad that you probably accidentally spoiled that for yourself while editing 😭
the sad part about some of my editing is i will look up "jinora head" and just see photos like that. Thats why now i tend to use pictures from the episodes themselves, but i found that head way back in episode 2, so i still use it.
Pema not stealing tenzin from lin, tenzin says himself, his relationship with lin is already over before that
Not over, exactly, just faded
17:33 "She's earthbending aswell!" 😯
Ofc she is, why do you look so surpised/shocked. She's an earthbender, metalbending is just an extension of earthbending. Did you think she was a metal-only bender?
Asami had every reason to switch sides but still stuck to her beliefs
Oh God this episode is going to hit them hard
first of all: every metalbender can earthbend, cause that‘s the base and secondly: bolin can‘t metalbend but you will find out about his powers
Lin was really badass this episode, and kinda smart, I mean, does anyone think that Amon would let her keep her bending even if she said where Korra was? I don't think so, but although she is as strong as Toph, we can see how sad she was when he took her bending.... I personally don't like the way they put the kids in the fight, it was a special moment and they made it funny...
Because I didn't watch it before, I always watch the Korra episodes when you upload you videos, but I learned to love the show and the characters. But now everytime I watch a szene I imagine how you will react or think of what you will say. And when my predictions come true I'm always so happy I followed your TikTok-account when you started you first videos and I really love you guys. I'm always super excited for the new videos and it was really nice for me to know that I wasn't the only one with a soooo deep connection to the show and that you love ATLA and TLOK too. Love you
Been watching ya'll do these with Korra as they come out (I was late to the ATLA train with you two) and loving them, ya'll are the wholesomest best react duo around
BUT LEMME TELL YA. Montana... Montana, friend, person, glorious being you are. Your reaction to the multiple air bisons? I felt that in my soul. A near-rage level of "WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME THIS WAS POSSIBLE BEFORE!?!?! I REQUIRE AN ARMY OF THEM!!" and it was just *kudos to the chef kiss* Superb. Cannot wait for the next episode.
Lin is my favourite character and even if I know she'll get her bending back, I can't stand that and I'm crying every time I see this scene...
“If Iroh is so great then how come there’s no Iroh 2?”
Well there it is.
Could you imagine how much more painful it would be had Amon decided to kill Lin instead of stealing her bending.
damn this is the first reaction channel i feel like actually connected seeing your journey through korra, great stuff and i'm excited to see your reactions to later seasons!
Jinora is definitely the superior kid.
The best eyes are in the future seasons 😍
A beautiful shade of green that contrasts well with the character's hair and skin colors.
God that look Asami gave when Mako was holding Korra's hand hits on a different level knowing how the show ends.. here's a guy that she's dating, holding the hand of a girl she probably finds quite attractive or even has a girl crush on. That is some hurt
Maybe equalist don't have any counter attack for airbenders.. since they only have the 3 type benders to study and watch in the arena.
This is a sick episode! Looking forward to the next because it just keeps getting better and better! Love you guys thank you for giving me a reason to look forward to Thursday and Sunday
I had the same reaction when I saw General Iroh, the name, the voice actor, his face, It was just so amazing to think that, that was Zuko's Grandson.
The video editing is absolutely top tier. High quality reaction videos, above and beyond the minimum required or even the average. Hard to believe you guys started out this year from tiktok.
28:30 Fun Fact: General Iroh is named after Uncle Iroh, his grand Uncle, which means he is Zuko’s grandson
Lin is a very impressive bender and character
