- Hit back+taunt and then mash down+taunt until he gets out his rice ball then you unlock this version of Akuma (with a double air fireball and some new supers).
I would never have found this but shoutout to @b_HAUNT who first let me know this was in the game. This is so big that there's an IGN video on it but if anyone knows who first found it, please post it in the comments.

A. Going full power
B. Rugal Berstein giving him Orochi power
C. Eating a rice ball
Option B ofcourse....even going with full power can't withstand Rugal...
D: Killing Bison and fighting the X - men or being cybernetically enhanced (2X aka ST , CVS1 Pro , COTA, Msh vs SF)
just to note Shin Akuma in CVS2 means God Akuma, Shin Akuma in other games means True Akuma.

I like how Capcom basically included a moveset *just* for doing sick combos. It's the perfect way to let players enjoy the fantasy of Akuma without impacting the competitive scene.
adding a shin akuma install truly proves why akuma is just the most loved character

Oni is the idea of what Akuma would eventually begome as he persists in evolving the Satsui no Hadou. You can actually see a ton of Oni in Akuma's SF6 design and skillset, especially in the lava hands and white mane. Oni's canon, but in the same way Evil Ryu is canon -- a hypothetical that could happen. And Akuma's getting there fast.

Would be neat but they'd probably have to be nerfed versions. The ones obtained through the secret Shin Akuma Install taunt are very broken, even for Level 2 supers. Both of them start up instantly and have loads of i-frames meaning he can use them on reaction to anything the opponent tries to do. KKZ in particular has loads of active frames too, which as we see in the vid means he can use it as a meaty setup on knockdown for pressure.

They're double edged swords
They're both pretty fast but not instant and can drop in combos, especially because despite being both LV2s they do not cancel from anything but normals like LV1s, and are SUPER minus, even for Supers.
And yeah all LV2s are invincible
Plus Shin install only lasts a round so that sucks
saw one guy on twitter say that they shouldve gave him an install super that gave him access to those, and i gotta agree

You don't need to mash, you just have to wait until he turns his head back (he does that after 8-9 seconds, near the end) and press down + taunt, just once.

I'd only imagine what Tokido could do if he had access to this in a real match.
With this discovery, Akuma mirror matches will be only fully satisfying if the players eat the riceball at the start of the round.

Imagine if Shin Akuma was match-practical. Like he could sacrifice 75% HP to become Shin Akuma, but only once per match and only before round start.

Also, I think the CVS2 Shin Akuma OST would have gone nicely for this video. The Alpha 3 OST has an early loop so that might not have worked.
I could see this being a huge risk reward gamble that Capcom might be willing to patch in at a later date. As it is, it seems to be Capcom played it pretty safe with akuma for now.
I wish there was at least a cheat code or something to use him in Arcade mode, maybe with the caveat that your high score won't count.

Could you please tell me what grounded fireball strength after the back HK you used for the combo on Ryu and JP? I assume its probably light but im not able to get the instant air fireball to connect right on the JP one, and i can't get the ex demon flip-> ex fireball after DR cr MK to connect on Ryu even though I juggle the air fireball right at the beginning.
