What would you use it for? Cabinetmaking (Cubes with sharp lines formed by mostly wooden rectangles), general carpentry (A bit of everything) or fine woodworking (Artistical, wild, organic curved, weird shapes)?
A bandsaw would typically be a more specialized saw, whereas a table saw gives you more options for cuts to make. You can do a lot with a bandsaw, but the cut will be rougher than a table saw. A table saw is much better for fine woodworking, for example. I would recommend starting with a table saw.
3-phase bandsaw 20 in. I find myself using it a lot more than my table saw.. 4 ft long Edge sander. Just out of high school I bought a contractor's table saw back then it was $750 bucks1980. Over a Year's I seen the price come down I've gone to the garage sale and seen my same saw cell for a hundred bucks. It was all in pieces though kid have to reassemble it. They sell for about 250 to $300 now used. Now everybody wants a sawstop for $3,000. Every Factory out there had replace their old table saws with a sawstop so there's so many used table saws out there on the market now just have to look. I don't know how you compare a big cabinet saw to a dinky little bandsaw if this video is fair you'd have a big 20 inch band saw 3 phase

I was looking at an apples to oranges video and one of the comments said it was like comparing band saws to table saws
I would like to get both saws but can only get one for now at least. Which is more useful is what I'm trying to decide.
