Bandsaw vs Table Saw: Which do you need?

*Worked perfectly right out of the box **MyBest.Tools** a nice compact bench bandsaw, that will work with 1/4 to 1/2 inch blades! First use was a joy, better quality than I expected for the price ! ! !*

I think that the table saw should also be assessed against regular circular saws : is there much use for a table saw if you have a plunging saw and a band saw?

Quite disturbing to see at 2:44 an excessively wide throat being used with a shallow piece of wood on the bandsaw. The Fence has two positions and can be set so the amount of exposed blade above the workpiece is minimised. The process demonstrated is really unnecessarily dangerous.

Too much faffing about for me tracking setting bearings etc ,no doubt there good if there set up right but cheap ones are not worth buying
