They both work great for rainbows. Troll them suspended behind a dodger.
Where is the best place to get an assortment of beads varying in color size and glow? Amazon's seem cheap

Yes same as you would tie them on monofilament. Its just a basic snell knot.
Don't buy beads at fishing store, hit any craft stores and buy wayyyyyyyyyyu cheaper
