Mombasa to Nairobi Railway Under Construction

After a year of preparation, the first leg of Kenya's standard gauge rail line from Mombasa to Nairobi is finally being constructed. Contractors started work at the beginning of December. This rail line is the first to adopt Chinese standards outside of the world's 2nd biggest economy

I hope this graphical images of those dinosaur like engines wont be similar to the expected sgr trains. they look like the WW2 british Army trucks that london has a habit of dumping in Africa where people still don't think properly. we want modern light engines and sleek trains...
