- I show and explain the basic structure made from 300 # watercolor paper. Paper size is 6 X 42 inches. I cut off the 3 squares so that the remaining one can be tucked into the other end to form a circle of 6 lotus folded pages. Then I show how I applied the gel prints. And finish with showing the completed book and box.

I did a class once with a 12x12 sheet. We called them squash books. I like your version better because you can play with it more. Very beautiful!

Love the book. You could use a decorative paper clip to hold the ends together while you play with it.

I really like this style of book / art sculpture. Your decorations are lovely and provide additional visual interest. I have a much smaller version created by my eldest sister, with a ribbon attached to one point, so that it can be folded out to become a Christmas ornament. Thanks for sharing, ❤️
