Hello... Here is my story. I was on Green supplements for a few years. Of a side note, a year ago I had triple hernia repair. Back to my story... 4 months ago I started feeling horrible and thinking my mesh / hernia repair was going south. Back to the surgeon, specialists, MRI and nothing was adding up. I felt I was literally on my way out. My pain was from stomach to pelvic. The swelling in and around my mesh felt like growths or what I would imagine a tumor feeling like. After all exhausted appointments and research I decided to quit green powder as a try. My pain within a few days has all but gone away. My theory is that the green I was taking doesn’t dissolve enough and messes with my diverticulosis commonly found in the 60+ age group. I hope this can help someone else.

The vitamins in athletic greens are synthetic and you can easily meet those requirements with a cheap multivitamin. Just filler really for marketing and for this guy to help sell their product.

I have been using Probase Nutrition Beet Root Powder and their Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder for six months and it is amazing. Super products and their vegan proteins are one of the best I have tested.

AG1 definitely has the biggest marketing budget with how many sponsored channels are pushing it. The heavy marketing budget is driving the price up substantially and there is very little value in it due to their cost/expenses to get it to you. AG is not transparent with serving sizes of each ingredients is a big issue, proprietary blend needs to be banned for something people injest.
