    you are absolutely right the grain in that wood is beautiful everyone hates sanding but it's a necessary evil in woodworking also do you think that you shouldn't paint antique furniture if it can be restored ?

      Thank you 😊 Regarding painting a piece.. I believe the piece will tell me what it wants. I love restoring but I also love revamping. It’s specific to the piece. I enjoy restoration. I use to watch my Papa which is where’s I think my love for it came from 😊❤️
