He conocido bastante gente que viene del sur como DF o Sinaloa y estan bien sorprendidos de que tan americanizado esta Tijuana o Mexicali en su forma de vida, moda, forma de hablar y de ver el mundo en general.
En realidad la palabra no es "retrasado" sino "estancado" en toda america y en realidad en la mayoria de los paises la gente es muy conservadora o cohibida, SIEMPRE SE NECESITA DE PERSONAS QUE HAGA LA DIFERENCIA. No logramos nada solo quejandonos Saludos desde Argentina
