I am undergoing ca Articleship from a reputable firm in Jaipur. I want to take transfer within 1 year of Articleship as date of joining the firm was 25th Jan 23 but I have to serve notice period till 21st jan 24.If due to any delay, my form 109 is filled till 26th jan with date of transfer as 21st jan written on the form, will this cause any problem as the form will be uploaded after 25th(after 1year)?

My condition is severely bad my principal asked me to file form 108 he doesn't wants me to be in his firm because i take numerous leaves leaves which i take was due to my bad health don't have mercy at all

Obviously you shouldn't join, even though you really like the firm or any perks you get but in that case that would be on you bcs you went in that situation willingly
