30 days intimation is required as per rules if remaining period for 1st year articleship is less than 30 days.. what if in all these mail and letter , last date for transfer is passed? How to move forward? Please help

sir i take transfer from my existing firm almost after one year and 7 month , i successfully submitted my form 109 at ssp portal and generate otp with the principal and submitted the same on 9 december the form is go to ro on 9 december on 12 december again ro intimated to attach some of the additional documents now from that day to till today i do not get any other reply from the regional officer now i want to ask now what should i do further how many days more i need to wait whether can i raise a ticket in this case or what should i do as alternative sir kindly answer me i am really waiting for somebody's best advice

My principal(registered under paid assistent) has already resigned from the firm.

Sir mene articleship Extension ka form 6 months bad bhara 4 th June k franking stamp k sath meri extension ki starting and late fees bhi bhari 2000/- to kal mujhe ICAI ka mail aaya ki franking nahi krvaya hai and mujhe 60 days me vo submit krna tha to ye accept nahi hoga....abhi sir mene 2000 panalty bhi bhari aur vo accept bhi nahi kr rahe hai and form 102, 103 ka Option bhi enable nahi kr rahe hai fresh application k liye...mene unhe mail dala hai ki extension ki application cancel kro and 2000/- panalty vapas karo and form 102, 103 option enable kro...sir mujhe is firm se transfer chahiye in 3rd yr for serving excess period... please help sir...

I write better stipend and exposure. My principal has approved my application I filled 109 with principal consent.. But RO rejected on the basis that you can take transfer only by selection of mentioned reasons. The case is not supported by specific ground for transfer as prescribed in guidelines.

Sir I have registered Articleship on 2016 and I demanded a transfer in first year of Articleship but Principal denies and not given me transfer. I left the Articleship from that time and I wanted to remove the Articleship registration from that CA and started to new Articleship with new firm.
