In this video I have explained the rules and regulations on calculation of leaves in CA Articleship and some other rules and regulations that which will be considered as leave and which will not be considered as leave.

As per ICAI per week 7 hours of 5 days that is 35 hours per week is mentioned. So even Saturday is also considered as holiday
1.5 years articleship is enough already so much time wasted in passing again there will be final preparation what the hell yaar ...

I'm in critical condition as my articleship is completed and then I checked the SSP portal, its showing something different name of the firm (I'm not working with that firm) and my real firm is now changed to different name. So all this happen in my 3 year articleship so which name should i write on my form 108 and stamp?

My principal does not consider Sundays as leaves because it is not written any where in the guidlines
Are 3 months enough for CA final??.. No.. Then if you're eligible for more than 3months why isn't it allowed??

Sir I have a doubt that is in case any excess leaves taken that is when I took terimination my principal not accepted for took extra leave so icai intimate me u should do 19 days extra and is excess leave included in 2.5 yeas of articleship

Ibhave the same question...... Did u find an answer for this..... Because from 1095 actual leaves are to be deducted but these actual leaves should exclude Sundays and public holiday are to be excluded from as oer caclub and one other website...... If u have got an answer for this please reply

But who will tell ICAI that your principal gives you two holiday a week.

Like for May 2022 exam you have to complete your articleship on or before 30 April 2022

as u told that to appear in May2022 , need to complete Articleship Training on or before 30th April 2022 , so I have a doubt that are you talking about 2.5 years or complete 3 years ?
