@@vivekbothra7227 you need to upload rent agreement (should be 50kn away from current location) and a consent letter from your principal signature as well as yours and merge both documents in one pdf and fill form 109 tranfer/transmission one. Within 2 week you'll get approval and when joining to new place you've to give them noc letter of your principal. So I suggest to make noc and consent letter together and get them signed by your principal so you won't have to go again and again

If form is aaked for correction by RO then after correction is there any need to generate otp again? Wheras if i look at submission date it is appearing as date of correction but when i click on edit form then it asked for otp before submission.there is no change in form just i have to submit supportings which i already did

Date of end will appear when your articleship will be completed or you will terminated in between and nowhere else registered yourself

hello brother, I have dough that I started my articleship training on15th Dec. 2021 and I left CA in August 2023 means I completed training till 31st August 2023(1 year 8 months and 15 days completed training period) so what should I uploaded on SSP portal as video mentioned above and how I considered leave and subjectwise learning in weeks like accounting, auditing, taxation etc. please reply me ASAP in detail like what should upload on portal??

Hi. Can you help me in this. I have taken termination from articleship in 2nd year due to parents illness. My form 109 was sent to competent authority by ro for approval. May I know how long it will take to get approved.

After termination approved u can join any time . ( Except in case of medical reason )

No condition of re joining date
@@CACMACSALERTS that means there is no time limit on joining another firm after taking transfer and you will have to serve articleship for the remaining period only

Transfer means u de register and then re register. Termination means only u de register 1st .

1. If we terminate the articleship from this portal, why do need to fill in form 109?
2. Under the section "Document upload" can we upload multiple documents? I assume we cannot. it just replace the initial document we uploaded.
Form 109 is for articles termination
Make multiple documents as single file and upload
Can we take transfer in second year on mutual grounds with ca without any specified reason.
U may select any other reason and upload relevant document

Sir I'm taking transfer on family transfer ground and my principal is also allowing me. So i just wanted to know that along with rent agreement do i need to attached my principal consent letter? Or just rent aggreement is enough and after submitting take printout and take my principal's signature then upload form? Please reply me asap
