can you fit a 2015+ style grille on a 2014 model jetta? im thinking of buying a 2014 but the grille is a turn off lol. the 2015 grille makes the car look way more modern.

easy enough to follow video, however, the key moments that make videos like this actually useful, are absent. Example: When you're ready to take off the bumper you cut to a later moment, so in between "starting" to take off the bumper and taking it off, you did something to help yourselves... I think that would be useful to know. Mainly because I tried doing this job today, while watching this video, and it was NOT easy. Plus we broke some clips here and there... Please revise this video to include the detailed "tips" to help ensure nothing gets broken or damaged and to help keep the viewer's sanity...

Is the grill from the 2015 the same size as the 2016?

My 2011 was just 4 bolts and the clips under took 5 min to take off and re install

For every one you don’t have to take your bumper off for this, not sure why you took it off

Well you just pull, I ha e a 17 and it came off just fine

I just did mine. The grill snaps out of the bumper. You dont have to take the bumper off.

You mean I can pop the plastic grill out of the bumper without taking the bumper out? Then pop the new one in? I had to order the emblem which snaps in.

How do you remove the Volkswagen emblem from the grill?

There are three tabs that you need to release with screw driver or trim removal tool, and the emblem pops out.

Shawn Zafar don't know if it's too late but for my 2011 Jetta sportwagen tdi I had to rotate it counter clockwise for it unhook
