Any passenger who travels on domestic flights should able to purchase from duty free?
You can only buy from the duty free if you are going on a international flight. however you can carry liquor on a domestic flight in your checked in luggage. hope this helps.👍

Yes they keep giving such deals but it all depends from time to time. Mostly on JW and Glenlivet's
