Whatever development will happen is in outer region of any city now, central part is now developed, people can learn from its infrastructure and develop new analyzing existing one. If you see bengaluru 100km radius part is showing lot of development and in future, bengaluru will get spread over 200km

Sorry just one advise to you
As you come from country that have more of transactional view on everything
But not anyone who is trying to help you in India are not doing that for commission not saying that about person in video trying to lure you to his shop particularly
It's just that Indian people try to help if they see someone struggling
So just enjoy this caring culture instead of being unnecessarily skeptic
And also because you have only tried metro in two to three cities in India ,the reason of such good state of infrastructure is not only that it's new ,it's also because people choose to keep it that way by maintaining it for that matter you can check most of railways infrastructure now a days
      Just an advise
You are welcome here but please donot judge them because when you judge one you are opening yourself to judgement for all the audience too

The Bangalore club is the oldest club in Bangalore established in the 1800s for British service officers and later for Indian officers. Richmond is not an IT area, its only business area. For IT companies you need to go to Whitefield, HSR, ORR, Electronics city, Koramangala etc.
The #1 reason Bangalore is India's City of the FUTURE is that it is welcoming to people from all over India and offers jobs and livelihood to everyone. Not only jobs for unskilled laborers but also jobs for blue-collar workers, techies, academicians and R&D experts. Out of its 12 million poplulation, >50% are migrants from other cities & towns.
Bangalore may not have skyscrapers & financial centers like Mumbai or Govt. establishments like Delhi, but it has its own strong 'tech and business' culture. 35% of IT business and 65% of the aerospace business in India is from Bangalore only. There are more than 30 dedicated Parks and SEZs for IT/Aerospace/Biotech, more than 67,000 registered IT companies, 13,000 startups, 500 reputed multi-national companies and more than 0.5 million skilled IT professionals.
Proud to be a Bangalorean ❤👍🙏

      @nondajeevi5036 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@dabbleandtravel Happy to watch 😉.
Yes as you observed, in some areas, IT offices do mix quickly with local culture like you may find a coconut or juice shop right outside an IT office. But that's usually for the lower end, branch offices located in some areas like Koramangala, Richmond, etc. Most MNCs are actually located in dedicated (gated) Parks in ORR, Electronics city, Whitefield and they have own campuses inside.
Bangalore grew organically in the early stages, it used to be a sleepy town full of trees & gardens. When IT companies first came, they simply set up smaller offices in prime areas or commercial areas. Trees were neglected, public open spaces were encroached, congestion increased. Locations were not planned until much later when IT boomed and only after that Parks & SEZs were set up. Sad story of random, unplanned growth!
So yes Bangalore is not that much of a planned city for IT like Hyderabad or Gurgaon, and State govt is of late trying to make amends by building ring roads, additional Parks on city outskirts, bringing measures for traffic de-congestion, etc.
But Bangalore is still India's best city for living, education, high-tech, and foreign investors are still coming to Bangalore as before and the city is still evolving!

Visit Bharatiya City (14 km from UB city) for the ultimate experience (Mall, Hotels, Huge Gardens, Schools, IBM, other IT (all at one place) and the best local food lane (Chokkasandra bus stop to Bharatiya City entrance)

The travel experience to Bharatiya City will showcase the ultra posh, to modern to middle class to the not so privileged landscape of Bangalore. (If u use the Cantt station, Coles Park, Tannery road, Nagwara, Thanisandra) route from MG road.
It will be Bengaluru 360° in one outing.
