That is great but I had a husband who was constantly worried about his job when he should have known I would always be there for him. Unfortunately, he brought trouble such as verbal and physical abuse to the home and I would not stand for it. Divorced was imminent.

Also I read in a people article a while back when she was still filming the Closer that she and Kevin had a deal when their kids were born that one of them would be with their babies and the other would have the career. So she did the Closer while he stayed with their kids for 7 years and then once she was done, he started the Following. They had that deal that most celebrity couples don't have ya know?
If that's true then that is so admirable. Celebrities may not have particularly difficult lives in comparison to "regular" folk but balancing wanting to act and maintaining a public image with being a good parent must be tough. That they are each willing to step back from their own careers and neither be offended that they aren't the "breadwinner" for a time, so that they make sure their children have the best upbringing celebrity children can have, is quite laudable.

In the '80s, can't pinpoint exactly when but probably mid-80s before he was married to Kyra in 1988, I was sitting at a cafe in Hollywood with my gorgeous gorgeous blonde girlfriend. (I wasn't bad but she was really stunning!) Kevin Bacon walks by alone, does a very subtle reverse, walks back about a hundred feet turns around again so he can come by and get a second look, and keeps on walking like the good boy that he is. Very cute!

I get emotional when I see Kevin Bacon too; I feel like bursting out laughing. On movie sets where he's played a working class dude, he's been unable to work even the simplest tools. He & Kyla gave EVERYTHING except the house the house they lived in away to Bernie Madoff in an attempt to cash-in-quick. Hollywood friends have, since that time, saved their ...bacon ...by giving them roles in significant films that they usually wouldn't have gotten. They're also big time pro-abortion oddballs.
