I've opened up all the permissions with the phone and the camera... but when I try to transfer photos from the internal memory to the SD card, it blocks it, and it says I have to "grant access dialogue"......so where is that, and how do I do that, because what you just said inthat video is not working for me....thank you for any help.... this is so confusing to me.... I feel like just smashing this phone LOL

Sorry but don't know anything about that particular app. All I can suggest is going to settings / apps / click on the octopus app/ choose permissions and turn on the drawing permission. Hope this helps

I followed your steps but when i got to the permission tab i was not allowed to switch on and off. It made a bing sound but did not unlock.
Its still showing even though I did this I don't know why
