I am only accustomed to an upper class lifestyle and I thought la citadelle would be able to meet my needs but based on what you're saying, its not too great. What would you suggest? Should daddy just buy a condo for me to live in?

what's the point of ranking if its lottery? thank you

the lottery determines who gets their first choice. so if you get picked first they look at your list and assign you your top res, if your name gets drawn near the end your top choices might be full, so they look further down your rankings.
