Sir in my structure some inclined beam is forming along the length even if there are nothing present in the model and small span beams are not getting detailed they are gone from detailing page. Please help.

I can't understand what you are actually asking... generally I don't use columns only till GF i extend deeper till expected footing depth (this can be known either from soil reports)... If your model is complete and reinforcement is satisfactory from your pov and all size and location of beam column and slab is satisfactory from architectural pov....you should proceed for footing.....
