Sir aapne all column grid line ki centre me drawing kiya h, but aapke autocad drawing me column center line me nhi h,

In autocad plan there is offset for boundary beams they are not in middle of column but when you do modeling in etabs you take from column center to beam center its that right to do...
While assigning load load on a plinth beam is not considered as load will be distributed in soil below that right......!?!!! Could you please let me know how that happens or where you found or read such a concept....... please let me know.........
Generally many structure engineers apply load on plinth beam because there will be some load of wall above it because of ground floor walls......
In Is code for column pt will be 0.8 to 6 % . So why we bother about 2.7 %?
