Let's not forget that the only reason she chose Hunter was that all the men made it clear they weren't going to choose her, but April and Hunter were set on each other, she suddenly realised she wasn't the hot commodity she thought she was and was going to be left on the scrap heap. She chose Hunter to save face and prevent him from creating a bond with someone that would threaten what she already has. She was more than happy to choose someone when she thought she was wanted.

God this is bringing me back to how an ex partner acted. Cutting him out of my life made me realise how stressful being with him was. How much mental space he took up. I didn't even realise he was a narcissist right after, it took a few weeks of reflecting. Alexis got what she wanted, poor hunter.

My brother is a narcissist. I recognize so many of Alexis traits in him - gaslighting, future faking. Nice breakdown! I don't even watch these shows. So, I appreciate how you provide context. New subscriber. Keep these videos coming. 😀

I don’t even watch that show but I cannot believe he proposed to that woman! Omg I cannot imagine what kinda life he will have with her 😰 I had a few narcissists in my life and they are so stressful to deal with. It was a LOT easier to cut them out completely to get some peace.

She's absolutely awful. Maybe he equates high drama with love. Some people are addicted to the highs and lows. I really don't get it either though. I cannot be around people like her.

@@jakes3799 there is a significant difference in the amount of screen time. One episode vs 12. I think you’ll find that this explains the difference is analysis video length.

I don't have my glasses on and my phone is like 4-6 inches from my face but there was a thumbnail of Jefree Star underneath this and it was nearly indistinguishable.

She doesn't look like the ex. The ex is wholesome and natural looking. She on the other hand, looks like a Real Housewife of somewhere, manufactured nightmare. At least she got through, someone picked her at least. I always appreciate tenacity, even though I also feel bad for the poor guy

Alexis was literally my ex boss named carrie. She was constantly doing this behavior, flirting with male customers. Bullying me, my coworkers, making them terrified, and firing people at the drop of a hat.

The fact that from "I'm not attracked to you" she decided to understand that she isn't attractive (which wasn't what he said) says it all. She thinks she's the best and can't understand how someone might not be attracked to her, lol.

  • @DivinityinLove

Very good one. I spotted her as a narcissist straight away! I mean she isn't exactly "covert" she is 100% extroverted, unfiltered egomaniac! What really says a lot however about the entire cast is how so many people not only did not sense her narcissism, didnt even sense her being selfish or cruel or vindictive or anything but in fact multiple people seemed to like her!? Only shows me how either unwise and likely narcissistic certain others are. Although some just aren't aware, but are likely more victim and martyr archetypes and hence they fall victim to narcissists due to naivety like Rae. Rae is clearly someone who is soft for narcs, because Zae was a narcissist to some degree too but more due to trauma than just pathological or born with a small empathy gland. I think Madelyn is narcissistic too though and that's why she got along with Alexis because Madelyn LOVES the drama & loves Alexis starting it.

If they were aware, they would be able to hide being a narcissist much better, and not make such obvious mistakes (e.g. scaring Colby away by ranting about money).
