Hello! Today I'll share 3 ways to colour your concrete projects. The first one is by painting over by using acrylic paint. This is the most common method of adding colour to concrete. This is my favourite method cos you can add more details to your project, just like the other tray that I made.
The second is by adding acrylic paint directly to your concrete mixture.
With this method, you can build up the colour by adding more acrylic paint to the mixture. The downside with this method is that the colours fade once dry. The third method is adding iron oxide to the cement mixture. It comes in a different colour, I was opting for an orange tray, so I mixed red and yellow iron oxide. I kept adding more iron oxide to the mixture to create an ombre effect.

    See you again next time!
    Keep safe and healthy! ❤❤❤

They’re all so beautiful! But I do see where painting has more colour to it. Ooo imagine put colour in the mix and then painting something on top of that! That seems like a fun project.

Hi, how nice. :) Can you please tell me what type of concrete are you using, and if there was made some kind of mixture with it? Like sand, concrete and water, for e.g.? And how many hours do you leave it before unmolding the trays? thank you very. much for your help.

Did you use plaster of paris / gypsum or white cement?

This was very helpful, thank you for sharing! Can you make your captions bigger in future videos? A little hard to see when using a smaller screen 🤗
