I personally preferred the acrylic color, because it was so vibrant with just a tiny amount of paint, while the others needed quite a bit of pigments to achieve a very pastel or faded look...

Can you use the same color for each paint to show which is brighter. Yellow will always appear bright

By using the bright colour, the result will came out bright. Example, warm and pastel colour. But it also depend on the brand and density of colour pigment you use. Let me see what i can do for the color comparison in part 2 :)

I have tried acrylic paint but its not getting dissolved in the cement mixture it's forming lumps of the paint as soon as I put it in the cement mix

For fresh cement you cannot get rid of the smell. Eventually after some time the smell will get off. Or try to air dry it.

Depending on your acrylic colour pigmentation. If your acrylic is high pigment. It is possible. So far I manage to get very very dark grey.

when using powders like micas and iron oxides... results are better when you add to the dry cement mix well then add water
