I fit into this category nearly to a 't', but I don't really have an opinion on who is better. I am who I am, and as I heal from my childhood traumas, I have come to appreciate who I am regardless of what anyone thinks. It's a lonely road as I am bored with most people, but I have grown much and learned to focus on just being myself and how to improve. To me, what steps I take forward at this point in my life is the measure of success because I came into this world not having a chance, but I am a natural survivor.

I agree. Interestingly enough, a real Sigma has no need to tell someone they are Sigma. If know them, then you are aware of the fact. If they have to self-identify, they are probably an Alpha who thinks saying they are a Sigma will bring them additional attention.

This is me, which is why I have a hard time making other female friends. My ex BFF was an Alpha. She found a Beta who will worship her, so she ghosted me over a few disagreements. I have met many very capable Alpha females, and been had the privilege to work with a couple of Sigma males, but I must admit I have never seen a true Self-reliant, lone wolf style Sigma Female. (most females choose to not even go to the restroom alone). I have tried to find a Sigma woman in history but keep finding strong Alpha women. (i.e. Margaret Thatcher, Joan of Arc or perhaps Hillary Clinton.)

As a female Sigma, I do not think there is a better archetype. 1. Because if your confident and happy, what could be better? 2. Nothing or No one can take that confidence and peace of mind and away from you since it is not based on outside influences.
I'm a female sigma too, but i think it's important to note that people are who they are based on what's important to them, and that's something that's very individual. Independence is so key for me, but that's also made me a loner. Another type might not be happy being alone as much as we naturally are.
For those who have misconceptions of Sigma females; we have feelings and hold people, friends and family close to our hearts. We are not always trying to be alone because of our independent nature, sometimes we try to put ourselves out there but we don’t really feel comfortable doing that since most people are fake in nowadays society. We just want to connect spiritually and emotionally with people and it’s hard to find others who are willing to be that whether they’re friends or relationships. Sigma females may not have always been a “sigma” from the beginning. I know I’ve had strong urges to lead since childhood but I also have trauma that made me realize that I just don’t want anyone taking control of me. I don’t wanna be a controlling person because I know what it’s like to have no choice in your life and I don’t want to do that to others. But I also will not tolerate anyone using me so I’m always cautious in who I choose to spend my life with. It’s kinda a lonely road but I find it really peaceful in a sense that I know no one is going to put me through some shit. I’m always trying to learn more about my spirituality and connection with the earth and universe because there is a much bigger picture of the lessons that history of past civilizations provides. There is so much more to life than our egos and positions in life. I don’t have to be a scientist to figure out the key to my own soul. Knowing that makes me happy.

I am a Sigma. I am all of the above all the time. Regardless of the situation or circumstances. That's what makes a Sigma.. hardly anyone can live authentically and we do it 100% of the time. We wear no masks and tend to highlight people inadequacies by just being present. I wasn't born a Sigma. I was built. No going back. People should know their personality type and others. Helps to adjust your communication style in accordance to whom they are talking to.

I command you for not having a background music. Much easier to just listen to you. As for the contents, I now understand why the kids at school never picked on me. I used to hover from 2 groups of reliable friends as I seemed fit while being on my own for most of the times. A successful career for an independant lifestyle was always my aim so I chose computer science at university before it was "fashionable" (1978) I do not seek recognition but accept responsabilities and consequences as they come along. I stay clear from drama and I am the happiest and most content person anyone would ever meet. I am so thankful for being the way I am. I guess I was born that way and I also recognize those traits from my stoic father. :D

I'm a female sigma too, but i think it's important to note that people are who they are based on what's important to them, and that's something that's very individual. Independence is so key for me, but that's also made me a loner. Another type might not be happy being alone as much as we naturally are.

For those who have misconceptions of Sigma females; we have feelings and hold people, friends and family close to our hearts. We are not always trying to be alone because of our independent nature, sometimes we try to put ourselves out there but we don’t really feel comfortable doing that since most people are fake in nowadays society. We just want to connect spiritually and emotionally with people and it’s hard to find others who are willing to be that whether they’re friends or relationships. Sigma females may not have always been a “sigma” from the beginning. I know I’ve had strong urges to lead since childhood but I also have trauma that made me realize that I just don’t want anyone taking control of me. I don’t wanna be a controlling person because I know what it’s like to have no choice in your life and I don’t want to do that to others. But I also will not tolerate anyone using me so I’m always cautious in who I choose to spend my life with. It’s kinda a lonely road but I find it really peaceful in a sense that I know no one is going to put me through some shit. I’m always trying to learn more about my spirituality and connection with the earth and universe because there is a much bigger picture of the lessons that history of past civilizations provides. There is so much more to life than our egos and positions in life. I don’t have to be a scientist to figure out the key to my own soul. Knowing that makes me happy.

I am a Sigma. I am all of the above all the time. Regardless of the situation or circumstances. That's what makes a Sigma.. hardly anyone can live authentically and we do it 100% of the time. We wear no masks and tend to highlight people inadequacies by just being present. I wasn't born a Sigma. I was built. No going back. People should know their personality type and others. Helps to adjust your communication style in accordance to whom they are talking to.

I command you for not having a background music. Much easier to just listen to you. As for the contents, I now understand why the kids at school never picked on me. I used to hover from 2 groups of reliable friends as I seemed fit while being on my own for most of the times. A successful career for an independant lifestyle was always my aim so I chose computer science at university before it was "fashionable" (1978) I do not seek recognition but accept responsabilities and consequences as they come along. I stay clear from drama and I am the happiest and most content person anyone would ever meet. I am so thankful for being the way I am. I guess I was born that way and I also recognize those traits from my stoic father. :D
