Hi. I have a video with explanation and samples called: “Preparing your new herding puppy for livestock”. Whether you have a new puppy or full grown dog the same principle will apply. You need to spend a minimum of 10-15 minutes a day with foundational training on your puppy. Which begins with: wearing collar, loose lead, come when called. When the pup has an attention span teach him “walk up”, “lie down”, “hold”.
