I've noticed your team uses the standing power press pretty often. what makes it such a popular piece of equipment and how do you guys like to implement it?
We do not often standing power press, I prefer more dumbbell press with flat, incline, decline, seated and barbell press for reps. Standing power press is very good but free weight is more important than machine.

I see i see. i definitely agree with using more dumbell work. It's just a very interesting exercise to see. thank you!
How often do you guys do backdown sets?
Almost every time with Floor Press, sometimes with other exercises. We do not have a rule about this.
