Congrats! Totally enjoyed your journey, very entertaining. Too old (77) to do what you did, so thanks for letting me tag along with you.

The JMT trails were very well maintained for most of the time, it’s impressive they were able to build them right into the cliff side! We carry two portable power banks that last us 6-7 days usually, then we charge in town. We don’t use a solar panel because a lot of them are bulky or heavy but I’ve been looking into it! As always thanks for watching!

Hey there just wanted to say I really enjoyed your series, very well done. Secondly like you I’m also a FarOut scout this year so it was so funny to be binge watching your JMT hike then when I saw their posting the other day of the scouts you guys were one of them. My trail name from the PCT is Marmalade. Small world or I guess trail! 😂 secondly did you make your own intro animated video and end of each videos video or did you have it made? I really like that simple but great style? Just wondering if you had it made somewhere or if you made it. If you made it I’d pay you To make me one? lol just throwing it out there. Anyways I was going to hike the CDT this summer but for some reasons have to push it off one more year so although I’ve completed the PCT, I plan on spending the summer doing the JMT, Sierra High Trail and some other stuff this why I was watching your hike. Thanks again and congrats on being a FarOut Scout! Cheers Marmalade

Hey Marmalade, that’s so cool what a coincidence!! We are happy to be apart of the FarOut crew! I did make the animated intro myself and I do video work professionally so I can definitely help you with a new intro, maybe send me a DM in instagram sometime with your ideas and we can talk it out! I hope our paths cross this year on the PCT but either way I’m sure you will have a great time out there!!
