In my college girls usually, take off their hijab at functions and events, etc. thinking they look way more classy without hijab. They all should try to follow you because you look fabulous in a hijab, MashALLAH. keep up the good work.

I am not Muslim or even religious but I LOVE your style and your content. I agree that modest dressing looks so much more elegant and classic and upscale. These are all great tips. I love your palettes of pinks and whites and tans - So feminine and lovely. Thank you for all of your great videos!
1. wear neutral colors
2. look for solid color clothing or classic patterns
3. go for a monochrome look (all black, all white)
4. buy clothes that fit your body
5. dress modestly
6. minimize your accessories
7. take care of your clothes (ironed, clean, lint free..)
8. Add a third piece to your outfit (eg jeans and top + coat)
9. balance your makeup
10. choose expensive looking shoes

Not necessarily. The tips she gave can be achieved with budget clothes.
Agreed that pointed toed shoes are great! Yes for more fashion content! My tips are: always making sure clothes and shoes look well-kept, clean, are wrinkle-free and don’t have balled up pieces on them (like when something has been worn a lot), always wearing 1 accessory that matches your outfit (aside from your bag, for example a scarf or hairband or sunglasses), mix in unique patterned/colourful pieces that have some neutral tones in them with another neutral piece and my personal rule is not to wear more than 2 colours at a time (rarely three), but that’s just me lol! And finally if you’re on a budget and are buying items from cheaper stores where the buttons aren’t very nice, buy gold buttons from the sewing store and sew them on to replace them, it makes ALL the difference !

Loved this video. Superbly informative and helpful. When I first stumbled across your videos, I wondered why you didn't wear more colour. I thought, with your delicate colouring, that you'd look stunning in colours. But now I see that you look gorgeous just with your own style. It really DOES look very elegant, graceful, expensive. Cant fault your taste.
I wish to upgrade my wardrobe too, but my challenges are being a busy mother, and not having the motivation that comes from leaving the house often. I basically stay at home all day. But I really do want to dress nicely just for my husband, so thank you for the inspiration and the advice!!!

I live in a very hot tropical climate in the U.S. so I go with whites and light neutrals. I do wear black slacks as well but they are 100% cotton and I only wear them as bottoms, no black near my face. And in the summer - wide brimmed straw hats! I get so many compliments from them.

For me, dressing modestly is a form of respect to myself. I don't need to show everything to everyone to be elegant, beautiful or interesting. I have much more than just my body to offer. Treat yourself like you're expensive and you're gonna look like it :)
