Preparation time - 30 mins (excluding soaking time)
Serving - 4
Ingredients:
Masoor dosa - 1/4 cup
Chana dal -1/4 cup
Moong dal - 1/4 cup
chilke wali moong -1/4 cup
Toor dal - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic cloves - 12 to 14
Curry leaves - 15
Salt to taste
Ghee
Amla coconut chutney:
Amla - 2 (whole)
Fresh coconut - 3 tbsp
Green chilli - 3
Coriander leaves -1/5 cup
Ginger -1 inch
garlic cloves - 8 to 10
Salt to taste
Water
