    We can make Thalipeeth from this mix. It is very popular in Maharashtra. You have to add finely chopped onion, corriander, dhana jeera, haldi, chillies, little oil. Knead the dough using hot water. Keep for 10 minutes. Make Paratha like. It has small holes in the roti. Drizzle oil through the holes. It tastes good with pickle or curd
