MASALA RICE CAKE RECIPE

Masala Rice cake is a recipe inspired by a snack named Charburi, very popular in Western Ghats of India. In the original recipe, Puffed Rice flakes are used and mixed well, to be served in a paper cone. Here, in this recipe, Puffed Rice flakes has been replaced by Rice cake.

Aamchur Powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Coconut Oil - 2 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Crushed Peanuts - handful
Rice Cake - 2 no
For topping
Crushed Peanuts
Coriander leaves
