Camera control works with honor devices only....I would advise you to watch unboxing and review videos before buying.....I have not used ES so not sure... I can give you surety about GTS2 mini....

Gagan ji heart rate to 5k ki watch mein bhi accurate mil jata hai par BP ki accurate reading ke liye aapko kaafi kharcha karna padega kam se kam 20k. Isse achha aap BP ki machine lelo ghar par Omron company ki....maine bhi apni mother ke liye wahi rakhi hai and uski accuracy bhi achhi hai. Wo khud bhi measure kar sakti hain apne aap, kaafi easy to use hai. Low budget watches mein BP readings sahi nahi hain.
