    Hey everyone!
It's been two years since I went on a TH-cam break, but I feel inspired and excited again to explore video as a medium to share some of the most useful concepts from neuroscience and psychology.
Starting with something I've struggled with for the longest time: free-flowing anxiety.
I hope this video provides some clarity and tools to help manage those unexpected moments of anxiety.
If you've tried any of these techniques or have others to recommend, please do share - you may have tried something that may be helpful to someone else 🧠🙏

I've recently felt this (likely brought on by cutting out caffeine). Love the how easy each of the Body, Mind, and Plan actions are. (Hahaha, the song at the end!)

Ha I sometimes get it from too much caffeine! It's impressive how much it can deregulate our nervous system one way or another. (and I'm fully embracing my cheesy side with the song 😂)

I've actually found the best way to treat random anxiety, especially if it's constant is to do ABSOLUTELY nothing and just accept it for what it is, a random misfire of adrenaline, misplaced and just continue what you were doing before.
That reinforces the notion that there is no actual danger and makes your subconscious eventually relax. Doing anything to get rid of it would just give it more validation, as if to tell your subconscious that that misfire was actually useful and justified because you're now fighting it.

First, I’m so glad you’re back on TH-cam! This video looks really good, and super enjoyable to watch. When anxiety creeps in, the best solution for me is always moving my body. I resist every time, staying in my head but as soon as I move my body even a few minutes (preferably outside), it slowly disappears.

Thank you so much, Mathilde! ♥️ Moving my body is also my preferred solution - it really never fails to work. I'm so glad it works for you too!

Good video. Last times i have being very aware about what i should do next, and i will do it then when it takes almost no energy. It is also related to very much about what you really wanna do at the moment. And important is that we wanna do things that are important.
If you are interested in philosophy with this things i can recommend Taoism example.
