Love the green front door!
I noticed that every window is a magnificent photograph of the beautiful outside world! Every time I see a place like this, immediately associated with a period film with beautiful actors!
Jokes aside about lovely knockers, they ARE beautiful knockers!
Knockers! Love the kitchen! I am a pure country girl but I really love this place and could be quite happy there. You really can appreciate the convenience of running next door for a coffee or down the street for dinner. I am now an hour from that. Thanks Nick !
That was a lot of stairs! Love the interior of this Palatzzo with the frescoes and gorgeous molding. However, without an elevator could not reasonably carry up groceries or other items. 🫤. I’m guess I’m showing my age.

The apartment is lovely! Favorite features are: The doors, floors, fresco walls are EVERYTHING, shutters and the ceilings. The bathrooms have a unique character. The kitchen is just cute, with the corner fireplace, the sitting area with that marvelous fireplace (fireplace junkie)...it's cozy and delightful another architectural masterpiece..thanks Nick...

Love how the authenticity of this apartment, the frescoes, the high ceilings and the overall character. This is a superb location for those who want to be in the center of such a lovely town. We visited Cortona several years ago and we loved it. Thanks for the tour Nick. BTW, there's a fabulous gelato place in Cortona called Snoopy right across from the teatro. We highly recommend stopping by.

My favorite property so far
Glamorous Prperty in the center of Cortona. Beautiful and cozy kitchen with the fireplace,. I like the master bedroom and the bathroom, so tight. At last is a perfect place to live in the muddle of the town. Thank you Nick, nice job

Love this tour Nick! Great apartment right in the middle of Cortona! I knew someone who did a semester of school there. She always said the light was different there. Everything was so colorful! Lovely 💐 Cortona Apartment. I enjoyed the Green 💚 Doors and Lion 🦁 knockers. The Terracotta Flooring, Doors, Fireplaces, Frescos, but missing Wallpaper in Living Room. The Kitchen was Small but Cute, overlooking the Theater. Would have to add a Larger Sub-Zero Refrigerator and move the China Hutch to the Dinning Room. The Bathrooms were Small but Functional, will have to be updated and remodeled. Overall Good Price! 🌞

500 year old steel in the railings. Amazing.
Stunningly atmopheric and cosy. All it needs is a good shower in one of the bathrooms really, and a few understated pieces of furniture. The extra room would be a perfect studio that could be a guest bedroom when needed. The walls, ceilings, and original weathered features are so beautiful. And with that massive wall of cupboard and closet space you have all the storage you need. Good size too, my flat is 120 square meters, but 20 of those are a completely separate studio unit, so tge space I use is roughly the same as this.
I'd have loved a little balcony somewhere but know they are quite rare in buildings this old. This was a lovely tour, thanks!

Nick, knockers.... You're the Benny Hill of Italian real estate. Another fantastic property. I've never visited Cortona, but your brief showing definitely made me add it to the list. The apartment is nicely designed, though it could use some updating. The fireplaces and ceilings are a definite draw. Is it possible to restore the frescoes to some degree? I remember a previous video where the owners had done a phenomenal restoration. Thanks for another well done and entertaining video!

What a lovely home with such incredible character compared to apartments at 3 times the cost here in my city.
I was mentally arranging furniture and room functions as you toured this perfect option for a single person particularly.
My only personal concern would be the possible conflict between my rather aged knees and all those stairs but otherwise, what a temptation.
I won't embarrass you by rabbiting on yet again about how good your presentation, production values, narration, and infectious enthusiasm are, or what enjoyable material you offer for house hunters, historians and art/architecture lovers alike, I'll let the other comments praise you on behalf of us all.

That's a beauty, loving the faded grandeur I could absolutely see myself sitting in that kitchen drinking my morning coffee in front of the open window. Although there's no outside space, the huge windows, high ceilings and room volume make it very light and airy and brings the outside in. The bedroom and bathrooms definitely need a bit of help though, the wardrobes are overwhelming the proportions somewhat, another solution is needed to balance the room.

Great entrance and iron work. Nothing like a nice set of……green doors. I am sure it is difficult for some to comprehend the many city center no car zones. I believe Cortona to be a rail stop, not sure about high speed though. The car really does start to be a non essential at a certain point. Although I still would want to get to Osteria Bar Il Pino for lunch once in a while. I think renting a motorcycle with a sidecar could be the answer. Or maybe just drinking a side car in a little place off the square instead. Great place. Happy Saturday with you again.
