I tried to lift my legs off in headstand with no luck until I came across this video. The trick was to pull my hips further back. Thank you for this video and an excelent explanation. I am off to practice again 😊
I appreciate this video so much!, I was so frustrated how I can't get my feet up & I thought I needed more core & shoulder strength or hamstrings flexibility but it turns out it's just that torso movement that I needed. I did it on my first try this morning & it made my day!. Thank you!.
If I try to pull hips back, my forearms are lifted. Is it because my hips aren't flexible. If so, Could you suggest me what asanas I should perform for better hip flexibility. Thanks!
Is going to be the top of the hamstrings I would say. I posted a video last week about increasing hip flexion, those are the exercises you want to do. :)
