INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower
Salt
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp adrak lahsoon paste
1 tbsp cornflour/cornstarch
1/2 cup maida
1/4 cup cornflour
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Oil for frying
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp choppe garlic
Spring onion whites
1/2 capsicum in small pieces
spring onion greens
