looked at the leaderboards for the new story and like always the top places are held by cheaters getting 00:00 time. I play the game every day for the most part but still will not give the game better than a 1 star review because the development team isn't taking cheating seriously.
As quickly the Crew 2 got boring, atleast they handled this stuff decently. Friend and I had 1 and 2 for leaderboards on a race due to wallriding and bumpdrafting, eventually they fixed wallriding and reset the leaderboards because “Current best times are no longer possible under the new system”. That’s fair.
This game really needs to implement some form of anti cheat and clean up the leaderboards. I’m amazed when I can get in the top 1,000 on any event because you can scroll forever and just see 0.00 times.
The problem with the 00.00 times is that people were doing 1 second races to get the harder accolades. Now all the timing boards are wrecked. If they really wanted they could just wipe them, but they are lazy and only care for the cash not the players.
cheaters are so trash that they think they're better than anything when they're proving that they're so bad at the game 🤣
winning is all that matter for those kinds of people. not the stifaction of feeling good after an tough race with your skill being put to the test (and personally, clean racing is also a must in most of my races, i wont wanna feel like absolute scum fo rone, and the other? no swerveing ai into my teamates).

@@matthewmotor18 idc if for grind, but i do care fi it's for competative reasons. and crossing the pve and pvp scare is abolute. it becomes a problem reguardless of the intent in pvp.

But my assumption is that nothing will happen; it's not a illegal design so PGG/MS/T10 won't do anything.
Not all too long ago I stalked a cheater I accidentally caught. Kept "stalking" for 10+ days and then just went in and looked for online status and kept going for another 4-5days before I just gave up any thought that they won't do anything against cheaters. Since then I've both changed game, cleared messages and went thru a stroke, so can't remember that cheaters gamertag anymore...

over the years the lack of anti-cheat has got worse in video games it really is sad how the devolpers only care about money and not the player base.
Cheating in Eliminator is the most pathetic thing possible imo. You don't get anything for winning. There's no leaderboard to show off. There's no recognition from other players because nobody knows who won besides the player who wins.
That's why it points to mental illness, or at least a serious character flaw.
Im an old guy 53 years of age and playing games since oh the maybe th late 70's on, space invaders, asteroids etc when you put 10p into a game to play it! fun times the arcades were!
Ive seen the evolution of gaming all the way to now, had all the consoles to the online gaming of now. FH 5 is an amazing game I love it, but what I can't stand are CHEATERS. They not only destroy the game for you they also destroy the fun and craic for everyone else too. I dont know how they do it but they should be Banned for Life, I'm not going to be all PC about this, I'm not of that generation. Also the online BULLYING which goes on is a disgrace, if that happens you block and or/report which I do. Its rife in the online gaming world and quite sad why people want to do that.

Thank God I got all the accolades, and now it doesn't infuriate me as much when this happens. It really sucks to be inches away from getting that one you've been struggling to get and having it snatched away unjustly

I can't believe the devs still still don't care about chreating, biggest racing game franchise but 0 investment in stopping cheaters it seems. Especially when racing games are a genre where cheating can actually be stopped, unlike FPS games for example where it will forever be a cat and mouse game.
Already the community is getting fragmented, but sooner or later developers will realise but it will be too late

Should've made the challenge so that it went from 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 cars. Upgrading to a level 3 from a beetle isn't impossible as I've done that several times with decent succession. Would like to see you do that next time hopefully!
I would've been so pissed when that type of dumb cheaters came to me.

There is also the stupid ass mouse and keyboard adapter that gives aim assist on mouse and keyboard which looks like a fucking lock on cheat and it's also impossible to detect . it was shit time for me as someone who played FPS on console.

I have an idea of a challenge better than these odd or even which is kinda not good, being too restrictive flat out.
But a dynamic challenge.
If you can add another screen in the recording where we see a random org window.
In that random org you will enter 1 2 3 as options. 1 2 and 3 representing the options for (1) taking the left car, (2) the middle (aka current car) or (3) the right option, the enemy car.
You will start the draw each time after you start each head 2 head race.
And
Another window with another random org drawer that has 0 and 1 for the taking drops. (0) do not take drop and (1) take drop. And you will start the drawing when you approach a drop and want to take it.
PS: After thinking a little bit just 1 2 and 3 and 0 and 1 seems too low for nice odds and thus we will increase to have 100 - 399 and respectively 0 - 199.
Anything that starts with 1xy is a 1, with 2xy is a 2 etc.
This means the odds are better to be random instead of just 1 2 and 3.
I hope this appeals to you, making each race challenging and completely random.
You could do this type of challenge all the time as it gives just a little bit of randomness and even if you beat a better car you may end up not taking it.
Or for example at level 10, you may end up taking that silly offroad monster that you hate, because the roll decided you must take it and the next round to get some level 6 car from an enemy that you beat with it ^_^
Yup I’ve been dealing with the glitching racers. It is disappointing but if you need to cheat to win then you are trash.
Its just beyond me like, how the fuck is that fun? How is having wins gifted to you fun?? Like how is ruining other peoples day fun for you? Doesn’t it get old? How much of a loser do you have to be to use cheats. Incredibly lame.

Forza will never have a good anti cheat system. The devs don’t care about this game. At all. I run into cheaters all the time on ranked racing. I don’t play the eliminator. Encourages more cheaters. This isn’t a game but a tech demo. They don’t care about us. The playlist updates are ass too.
Hackers are stupid man if the developers need a system that doesn't allow cheaters too access the eliminator plus Scoreboards then there is a problem fixed but people are lazy won't do anything too help there on game how stupid but love your videos always u have a good day
