Is This The BEST or WORST Japanese Sedan? 2019 Subaru Legacy Sport Review

Full review and tour of the 2019 Subaru Legacy Sport! Is this car as good as its fellow Japanese sedans?
The Legacy Sport is powered by a 2.5-liter Boxer-4 engine, which produces 175 horsepower for the standard AWD system. Subaru no longer offers the Legacy with a manual transmission; it's only available with a CVT for the 6th generation.
The exterior of the Sport trim level features a few upgrades from the base model, including a gloss black grille outline, 18-inch alloy wheels, and an extended chrome rocker panel. The interior also comes with 10-way power adjustable seats and leather trim. The infotainment touchscreen is available as 6.5-inches or 8-inches, and comes standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto- There are also dual front and rear USB ports to charge phones up.

I have this exact same car and this guy doesn’t know squat about it. The symmetrical AWD in dry conditions prevents understeering and oversteering on turns. He also didn’t mention any of the key safety features of the Subaru or the hill climb assist mode it has. And the first “change drawer” he mentioned is actually the place where you put the key fob since it’s a push start. Furthermore, he didn’t mention the car has auto lights with welcoming lighting and it can take Unleaded gas. FIND OUT MORE about the car BEFORE YOU REVIEW.

Jay Flowz Jet co makes the CVT’s and they’re complete crap that’s why Subarus are known to have weak automatic transmissions get a standard transmission

J Packard Regardless it’s not reliable and doesn’t really belong on a WRX. The WRX is known to be a car with a lot of potential in terms of modifying it to be better and I really think the CVT transmission would hold the car back.

Supposedly a lot of the issues that plagued the pre-'15 models were fixed, though there will likely be others as time goes on and the transmissions age. They make hundreds of thousands of these cars, someone somewhere is going to have a problem. I currently own a '19 Legacy and it's been stellar, though of course it's still pretty new. Frankly it's lowest point is the infotainment system, which every other reviewer has praised but imo is actually pretty bad.

Ah yes, a terrible plastic interior... as opposed to the titanium and aluminum that are used in other midsize sedans? What a joke!
